While some of the independently owned and operated OptionPlus Homes Franchisees and Certified Referral Partners are licensed brokers/agents, instead of 'representing' buyers or sellers, they typically take on the role of tenant/buyer in the transaction so they have a vested interest in ensuring that everything runs like clockwork.
