You might be our next Regional Sales Manager. OptionPlus Homes, Inc. is seeking motivated sales professionals to deliver consistent growth within their territory. We provide training, marketing and transaction support from our corporate office. We even prepare transaction contracts so you can focus on developing your territory. Buyer and seller leads are provided, but you will be expected to generate your own leads to fuel incremental growth.

Job Requirements

• Former real estate lending experience is preferred
• Friendly and outgoing personality is a must
• Stellar interpersonal, phone and email communication skills
• Must be available by phone or cell phone 7 days a week
• Must be available to show properties within your territory 6 days a week
• Sales experience in any field, Real Estate experience is desirable but not required
• Strong negotiation skills a must
